How We Handle Information

This site is static except for the contact form on the home page. We do not run a newsletter, an account system, or on-site search. Pages load fonts and images from this domain. The contact form loads Cloudflare Turnstile to stop spam. We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not set a cookie and does not identify you. The site is served through Cloudflare; Cloudflare may set a security cookie when the zone uses its bot and integrity features. A giving form, when it lands, will load Tithe.ly and this page will be updated to say so.
Messages sent through the form go to the church by email. We keep the message, your name and email, optional phone, and the technical details Cloudflare already sees (IP address, browser, country) so we can reply and stop spam. We do not sell them. Submissions older than 90 days are deleted.
Photographs of our leaders and missionaries appear on the Leadership and Ministries pages with the church's knowledge. We will take a photo down if the person in it asks.
Sermon audio is hosted by Transistor.fm under their privacy policy, and plays in a player on the home page and the sermons page. That is a third party. Their player is not part of the page you first receive from us; your browser fetches it from Transistor separately, as you come near it, and Transistor can see that request. On the sermons page the player sits high enough that this happens as soon as you open it. On the home page it is further down, so it happens only if you scroll toward it. Nothing is sent to Transistor until then, and nothing plays until you press play.
Using This Site
The content on this site is for the church's teaching and hospitality. You may link to it. You may not scrape it to train a model, republish the people photographs, or present the doctrinal summary as your own confession.
American Samoa law governs. Our doctrinal statement is adapted from The Master's Seminary's and our code of conduct from the National Association of Evangelicals; both are published here in our own words, and the originals remain theirs.
